Video surveillance tailored to your property

See what happens at the entrance, inside the building and around it. We select cameras, recording and viewing access to suit the areas you want to observe and how you use the property. We design new installations or assess how to expand an existing system.

What do you need to see?

Entrances and passageways

We establish whether you need an overview of the entrance or an image that shows more detail. This determines the mounting position, viewing angle and choice of camera. We also check the effect of light coming through doors and glazing.

Inside the property

We plan coverage of agreed areas, such as corridors, back rooms and shared spaces. We consider the room layout and anything that could obstruct the image. We tailor the way the system is used to the needs of authorised users.

Around the building

We select a solution for the agreed areas, such as a driveway, car park or approach to the entrance. We consider distances, weather conditions and lighting after dark. We plan coverage for each location instead of assuming one camera will see everything.

We match the system to the conditions on site

The image you need

First, we establish what needs to be visible and from what distance. Megapixels alone cannot replace the right framing.

Light by day and after dark

We check shaded areas, strong backlighting and the available lighting.

Cabling and network connectivity

We assess cable routes, power supply and the potential to use existing infrastructure.

Recording and finding events

We agree on the recording method and select storage capacity to suit the settings and justified needs.

Viewing access

We configure permissions for local viewing and, where planned, remote access.

What does installation include?

The agreed scope may include camera selection and positioning, along with preparing the connections needed for operation. We adapt mounting positions, cable routes and power supply to the conditions on site, considering whether existing infrastructure can be reused.

After installing the devices, we configure image recording and access for designated users. We match the recording method, storage capacity and permissions to the agreed requirements, setting up local viewing and — where planned — remote access to suit the selected solution.

Finally, we check system operation: the image from each camera, recording and access for authorised users. We show you how to view the images, find relevant events and use the basic functions, so that everyday operation is clear and understandable.

  • Testing and showing you how to use the system

Already have video surveillance?

An upgrade does not always require replacing the whole system. We check camera operation, the condition of connections and the capabilities of the current recorder. Based on this, we recommend what to keep, what to improve and where expansion is needed.

Let’s discuss your existing system

How do we turn your needs into a working system?

  1. We get to know the property

We discuss the areas that need coverage, the existing installation and how you use the images. We establish which details need to be visible and who will use the viewing access. We consider how the property is used and the capabilities of the existing infrastructure.

  2. We agree on the solution

We discuss the proposed scope, quote and organisation of the work. We agree on device positions, the recording method and the permissions needed. Before installation begins, we agree access to rooms and any interruptions to day-to-day activities.

  3. We install and configure

We install devices and prepare connections within the agreed scope. We then set up recording and access for designated users. We adjust image settings to suit the conditions in each area being observed.

  4. We check and demonstrate

We verify system operation before completing the work. We check camera images, recording and access for authorised users. We show you how to view the images and find the events you need.

Frequently asked questions

How many cameras do I need?

This depends on the property layout and the areas you want to observe. We determine the number and position of cameras together with the expected coverage. More devices cannot replace a well-considered plan.

Can I view the images on my phone?

Remote viewing is possible with suitable devices, connectivity and configuration. We establish who will use the images and what permissions they need. We choose the access method to suit the selected solution.

Can existing cameras and cables be reused?

Often yes, but their condition and compatibility with the planned system need to be checked first. After assessment, we identify which components can stay. Any replacement or expansion we propose addresses the actual limitations of the installation.

What determines the cost of installation?

Factors include the required coverage, devices, cable routes, mounting conditions and recording needs. To start the conversation, it helps to provide the location, property type and a brief description of your expectations. If a site visit is needed for a quote, we agree its scope, timing and any cost in advance.

Can installation take place while the property is in use?

The way we carry out the work depends on the conditions on site. We agree access to rooms, the schedule and any interruptions before installation begins.

Let’s talk

Let’s talk about your property

Tell us the location, property type and areas you want to observe. If a surveillance system is already in place, describe what you would like to improve. We will establish what information is needed to propose a solution.
